The Three Steps
THE RITUAL
GLZD is a personal scent. It's designed to live close to your skin — close enough that someone has to lean in to catch it, not loud enough to fill a room.
When to Apply
Right after the shower, on dry skin. Towel off, give your skin 30 seconds to fully dry, then glaze.
The formula absorbs faster on clean, dry skin than damp skin — and the scent develops better when it's not competing with shower steam.
Apply 15 to 20 minutes before you walk out the door so the scent has time to settle.
Where to Apply
Arms, chest, shoulders, neck, the back of your hands — anywhere you want scent and finish.
Focus on areas that catch light (shoulders, forearms) and areas where scent naturally radiates (neck, chest, inner arms).
Avoid your face, eyes, and any broken or irritated skin. GLZD is built for the body, neck down.
How Much to Use
Less than you think.
A scoop the size of a grape covers your full upper body — arms, chest, and shoulders. The formula is concentrated and water-free, so a little goes far.
Over-applying makes it feel heavier than it should. Start small. You can always add more, but you can't take it back.
The Scent Philosophy
GLZD isn't built to fill a room.
It's built to reward the people who get close. The scent develops over the first 30 minutes and settles into something personal — close to your skin, layered with your own chemistry, noticed by anyone within arm's reach.
If you prefer louder projection, you can layer cologne over GLZD for nighttime or special occasions.
But for most guys, most days, GLZD alone is enough.
For most guys, most days, GLZD alone is enough. But for nights when you want your scent to do more work — black-tie events, weddings, the kind of room where everyone's wearing something — you can layer cologne over GLZD for stronger projection.
Apply GLZD first to clean, dry skin. Let it absorb for two minutes.
Then apply your cologne to your usual pulse points: neck, wrists, behind the ears. The body glaze acts as a base note, prolonging the cologne's longevity and grounding the top notes on your skin.
Two products, one finish.
Five moments. Five small adjustments. The base ritual is the same — what changes is when you apply, how much, and which scent matches the moment.
