We ship fast, and we ship clean. Here's exactly what to expect when you order from GLZD.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO military addresses.

International shipping is on the roadmap. Sign up for our list to be notified when it goes live.

Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping (USPS): $5 flat rate on orders under $50.

Free Standard Shipping: Free on all orders over $50.

Express Shipping (FedEx): Available at checkout. Rates are calculated based on weight and destination.

Order Processing & Same-Day Shipping

Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET on a business day (Monday through Friday) ship the same day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays ship the next business day.

No overseas warehouses. No third-party fulfillment delays. Every order ships from our Atlanta, Georgia, warehouse.

Transit Times

Once your order ships, estimated transit times are:

USPS Standard: 2–5 business days within the contiguous U.S. Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses may take 5–10 business days.

FedEx Express: 1–3 business days depending on the service level selected at checkout.

Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, and carrier delays can occasionally extend delivery windows.

Order Tracking

Every order receives a tracking number, automatically emailed to you the moment your package leaves our warehouse. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder before reaching out.

Address Accuracy

It's the customer's responsibility to enter a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Our system runs automatic address verification — if something looks off, our support team will reach out before shipping.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, GLZD is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, we recommend:

  1. Checking with neighbors, building staff, or your front desk.
  2. Looking around your delivery location — porches, side doors, garages, mailrooms.
  3. Waiting 24 hours, as carriers occasionally mark packages delivered before they actually arrive.
  4. Filing a claim directly with the carrier (USPS or FedEx).

Shipping insurance will be available at checkout in the future. Until then, customers concerned about porch theft or high-traffic delivery areas may want to consider shipping to a secure location.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, email glzd@glzd.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We'll send a replacement immediately — no need to ship the damaged one back.
